Yes you can purchase a ticket at the ticket booth outside the attractions. The cost for purchasing tickets the day of will be slightly higher than in advance. We suggest purchasing your tickets online - you can use them any day for the ticket type you purchase.

We do not offer refunds, but tickets are able to be used at a different day and are transferrable to others.

There is a food court just a few steps away from the attractions. Also, there are several restaurants located in Voorhees Town Center for your family to enjoy.

Restrooms are in the main mall area steps away from the entrance to Winter Wonderland.

We have a designated stroller parking area as well as coat racks you are free to use. Strollers & coats are also allowed in the venue. Please note that we are not responsible for any strollers or coats left in public areas.
